Description

These classic deviled eggs are a perfect appetizer for any occasion. Creamy, tangy, and with a hint of spice, they are always a crowd-pleaser.

Eggs:

  • 6 large eggs

Filling:

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Garnish:

  • Paprika for garnish
  • Chopped fresh chives or parsley for optional garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10–12 minutes. Cool in ice water.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Peel eggs, halve them, and remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Assemble: Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika and herbs. Chill before serving.
