Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly flour your surface and gently roll out the puff pastry.
- Cut and Fill: Cut the puff pastry into 4 rectangles. Place 2 tablespoons of cookie dough in the center of each rectangle. Shape the pastry around the dough, sealing the edges.
