- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Rolls:
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for sealing)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Sauté Vegetables: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, sauté garlic and onion. Add cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, and bean sprouts. Cook until tender. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Let cool.
- Fill and Roll: Place filling on a spring roll wrapper, fold, and roll tightly. Seal with flour-water paste. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
- Fry: Heat vegetable oil, fry rolls in batches until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve: Enjoy hot with dipping sauce.
