  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Rolls:

  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for sealing)
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Sauté Vegetables: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, sauté garlic and onion. Add cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, and bean sprouts. Cook until tender. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Let cool.
  2. Fill and Roll: Place filling on a spring roll wrapper, fold, and roll tightly. Seal with flour-water paste. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
  3. Fry: Heat vegetable oil, fry rolls in batches until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve: Enjoy hot with dipping sauce.
