Instructions

  2. Assembly: Lay out the cooked lasagna noodles. Spread marinara sauce and cheese mixture on each noodle. Roll tightly.
  3. Breading: Dip each roll in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to coat.
  4. Frying: Heat oil, fry rolls in batches until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
