- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch

For the butter sauce:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt to taste
- fresh chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: Combine chicken, buttermilk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
