Instructions

  3. Roast: Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Make aioli: Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
