Pasta:

- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil. Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 8–10 minutes.
