- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
Seasonings and Sauces:
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (10 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
Additional:
- 8 oz uncooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with onion until fully browned. Add garlic and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer to Slow Cooker: Move the beef mixture to the slow cooker. Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, marinara sauce, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
- Add Pasta: About 30 minutes before serving, stir in pasta and heavy cream. Cover and cook on high for 25–30 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Melt Cheese: Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.

- You can swap ground beef for ground turkey or Italian sausage.
- For extra veggies, add spinach or mushrooms during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
