- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Topping:
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic until smooth.
- Add Ingredients: Stir in hashbrowns, onion, and 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese until well mixed.
