- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or paprika)
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prepare for baking.
- Prepare mushrooms: Clean the mushroom caps carefully and remove the stems. Set the caps aside and finely chop the removed stems for the filling.
- Sauté mushroom stems and garlic: In a skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil and sauté the chopped mushroom stems along with minced garlic for 3 to 4 minutes until they soften. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Mix the crab filling: In a large bowl, combine the lump crab meat, softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, finely chopped green onions, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the sautéed mushroom stems and garlic.
- Stuff the mushroom caps: Generously spoon the crab mixture into each mushroom cap, making sure they are well filled, then place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush and bake: Brush the outside of each stuffed mushroom with melted butter. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the mushrooms are tender.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from oven and optionally garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving warm.
