Description

A refreshing and creamy non-alcoholic frozen margarita blend with tropical coconut and zesty lime flavors, perfect for a quick and delicious summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Glass Rim:

  • Zest of one lime
  • Kosher salt, enough to rim glasses
  • Lime juice, for wetting the rims

For the Margaritas:

  • 1 can (15 oz) cream of coconut
  • 3/4 cup non-alcoholic rum or fruit juice (such as lime or pineapple juice)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice or orange-flavored syrup
  • 3 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glasses: Mix the lime zest and kosher salt on a small plate to create the rim mixture.
  2. Rim the Glasses: Wet the rims of your glasses by dipping them into lime juice, then dip the wet rims into the lime zest and salt mixture. Set the glasses aside to allow the rims to set.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a blender, add the cream of coconut, non-alcoholic rum or fruit juice, fresh lime juice, orange juice or orange-flavored syrup, and the ice cubes.
  4. Blend the Margarita: Blend the mixture until smooth, adding ice gradually—one cup at a time—to achieve the best frozen consistency.
  5. Serve: Pour the smooth margarita mixture into the prepared salt and lime zest rimmed glasses.
  6. Garnish and Enjoy: Garnish each glass with a lime wedge and serve immediately for a cool, refreshing treat.

Notes

  • For a boozy version, replace non-alcoholic rum with real rum.
  • If you prefer sweeter drinks, add a tablespoon of simple syrup or adjust orange syrup accordingly.
  • Use fresh lime juice for the best citrus flavor.
  • Adjust ice amounts to achieve your preferred frozen texture.
  • Perfect for summer parties and gatherings as a crowd-pleasing non-alcoholic cocktail option.
