- 1 large round Italian loaf or muffuletta bread (about 10 inches)
- 4 ounces mortadella, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces Genoa salami, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces capicola, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the Olive Salad: In a medium bowl, combine green olives, black olives, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini, capers, garlic, parsley, olive oil, vinegar, and black pepper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
