- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 18 bibb lettuce or butter lettuce leaves
- 1½ ripe avocados, pitted, peeled, and diced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
Instructions
- Cook Turkey Mixture: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey, mushrooms, spinach, carrots, Citrus Herb Seasoning, and Ultimate Steak Seasoning. Cook, breaking up the turkey with a spatula, until the turkey is no longer pink and the vegetables have softened, about 5-6 minutes.
- Thicken Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the cold water and cornstarch until smooth. Stir this mixture into the skillet with the turkey and vegetable mixture, tossing to coat everything evenly. Continue cooking briefly until the mixture thickens slightly, then remove the skillet from heat.
- Assemble Wraps: Spoon the turkey mixture evenly into the bibb or butter lettuce leaves. Top each wrap with diced avocado and tomato. Serve immediately while fresh and crisp.
