Cinnamon Sugar Layer:

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Cream Cheese Swirl:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix blondie batter: Whisk melted butter and brown sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Layer and swirl: Spread half of the batter in the pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar, add dollops of cream cheese, swirl gently. Top with remaining batter and cinnamon sugar.
  4. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out almost clean. Cool.
  5. Make glaze and finish: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, then drizzle over blondies. Slice after cooling.
