Blondie Batter:

Cinnamon Sugar Layer:
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Cream Cheese Swirl:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix blondie batter: Whisk melted butter and brown sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Layer and swirl: Spread half of the batter in the pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar, add dollops of cream cheese, swirl gently. Top with remaining batter and cinnamon sugar.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out almost clean. Cool.
- Make glaze and finish: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, then drizzle over blondies. Slice after cooling.
