Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar. Stir in the raisins.
- Add Greek yogurt: Mix in the Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.

- Shape the bagels: Divide the dough into 4 pieces, roll each into a rope, and shape into a bagel.

- Cool and serve: Let the bagels cool for 10 minutes before slicing or serving.
