Description

These Chopped Cheeseburger Sliders are a delicious twist on traditional sliders, with all the classic flavors of a cheeseburger in every bite. Perfect for parties or game day, these sliders are easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

For the Beef Mixture:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)

Additional Ingredients:

  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Chopped pickles and shredded lettuce for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess grease and stir in ketchup and mustard.
  3. Assemble Sliders: Slice buns in half, place bottom halves in a baking dish, add beef mixture, cheese slices, pickles, lettuce, and bun tops.
  4. Bake: Brush tops with butter, sprinkle sesame seeds, and bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
  5. Serve: Slice and serve warm.
