For the Beef Mixture:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
Additional Ingredients:
- 8 slices American cheese
- 12 slider buns
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Chopped pickles and shredded lettuce for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess grease and stir in ketchup and mustard.
- Assemble Sliders: Slice buns in half, place bottom halves in a baking dish, add beef mixture, cheese slices, pickles, lettuce, and bun tops.
- Bake: Brush tops with butter, sprinkle sesame seeds, and bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
- Serve: Slice and serve warm.
