  • 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt, plus more for topping

For the Topping:

  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Press into a tart pan and bake for 8–10 minutes.
  2. Make the Salted Caramel: Heat sugar and water in a saucepan until amber in color. Whisk in butter, then cream. Stir in vanilla and sea salt. Pour into the tart shell and chill.
  3. Create the Ganache: Heat cream until simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth. Spread over the set caramel layer and chill for at least 2 hours.

Notes
