  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Buttered Noodles:

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  3. Cook the Noodles: Boil salted water in a pot and cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and return to pot.
  4. Prepare the Buttered Noodles: Add butter to noodles and stir until melted and coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Assemble and Serve: Plate buttered noodles, top with sliced chicken, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
