- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Broth: Heat sesame oil and olive oil in a pot. Sauté onion until softened, then add garlic and ginger. Pour in broth, water, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili sauce. Simmer.
- Cook the Chicken: Add chicken to the broth and simmer until cooked. Shred the chicken.
