- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sage, red pepper flakes (if using), and maple syrup. Mix well until evenly combined.

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
