Other Ingredients:
- 2 cups beef broth

- 8 ounces uncooked pasta shells or elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Ground Beef Mixture: Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion until softened, about 3 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
