- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 (16.3-ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the Sauce: In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Add Chicken and Biscuits: Fold in the shredded chicken, then cut each biscuit into quarters and gently fold them into the mixture.
- Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- Finish: Brush with melted butter, garnish with parsley, and serve.
