Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the cauliflower: Remove the leaves from the cauliflower, trim the stem, and slice into 3/4-inch thick “steaks”.
- Season the steaks: Mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the cauliflower with the seasoned oil.
- Roast: Place on baking sheet, roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
