  • 1 box graham crackers (about 18 full sheets)
  • Crushed graham crackers or chopped nuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pudding Layer: In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Apple Layer: In another bowl, toss the chopped apples with lemon juice and caramel sauce until coated.
  3. Assemble the Cake: In a 9×13-inch dish, layer graham crackers, pudding mixture, and caramel apples. Repeat layers and finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
  4. Chill and Serve: Spread whipped topping over the top, drizzle with caramel sauce, and add crushed graham crackers or nuts. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving chilled.
