  • 1½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups beef or chicken broth
  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the meat: Add the ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  3. Add vegetables: Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are soft.
