- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
For the Big Mac sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until fully browned, about 7–8 minutes. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Assemble the Wraps: Warm the tortillas slightly to make them more pliable. Lay each tortilla flat and spread a spoonful of Big Mac sauce down the center. Top with a layer of shredded lettuce, diced pickles, onion, cooked ground beef, and shredded cheese. Drizzle with a little more sauce if desired.
- Roll Up the Wraps: Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito. Optional: lightly toast the wraps in a skillet or panini press until golden and warm throughout. Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- These wraps can be made ahead and stored wrapped in foil for an easy lunch.
- Add sliced tomatoes or swap cheddar for American cheese for a more classic Big Mac flavor.
