Description

These Big Mac Wraps are a delicious twist on the classic fast food favorite, combining all the flavors of a Big Mac in a convenient handheld wrap. Perfect for a quick and satisfying lunch or dinner!

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas

For the Big Mac sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onion

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until fully browned, about 7–8 minutes. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Warm the tortillas slightly to make them more pliable. Lay each tortilla flat and spread a spoonful of Big Mac sauce down the center. Top with a layer of shredded lettuce, diced pickles, onion, cooked ground beef, and shredded cheese. Drizzle with a little more sauce if desired.
  4. Roll Up the Wraps: Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito. Optional: lightly toast the wraps in a skillet or panini press until golden and warm throughout. Slice in half and serve immediately.
