Salmon:

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Prepare the salmon: Pat dry salmon fillets and place them on the baking sheet. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Make the sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice. Spread half of the sauce over the salmon.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily. Optionally, broil for 1–2 minutes for caramelization.
- Serve: Drizzle with remaining sauce, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve hot.
