Description

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons apple cider or milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 10-cup Bundt pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat oil and sugar, add eggs one at a time, mix in vanilla, then add dry ingredients gradually.
  4. Add Apples and Nuts: Fold in diced apples and nuts, then pour batter into the pan and bake for 55–65 minutes.
  5. Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, apple cider, and vanilla for the glaze. Drizzle over cooled cake.
