Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Patties: Combine ground beef, crushed saltines, 1 cup milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into patties and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Brown the Patties: Brown the patties in a skillet, then transfer to a baking dish.
- Make the Gravy: Whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the patties.
- Bake: Cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
