Mushrooms:

  • 16 medium white or cremini mushrooms (stems removed)

Filling:

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • olive oil spray for air frying

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms: Gently wipe mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove stems.
  2. Prepare the filling: Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Fill the mushrooms: Spoon or pipe the filling into each mushroom cap, pressing gently to fill.
  4. Air fry: Lightly spray air fryer basket, arrange stuffed mushrooms in a single layer, spray the tops with olive oil. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden and tender.
  5. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
