Mushrooms:
- 16 medium white or cremini mushrooms (stems removed)
Filling:
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- olive oil spray for air frying
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms: Gently wipe mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove stems.
- Prepare the filling: Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Fill the mushrooms: Spoon or pipe the filling into each mushroom cap, pressing gently to fill.
- Air fry: Lightly spray air fryer basket, arrange stuffed mushrooms in a single layer, spray the tops with olive oil. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden and tender.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
