Egg and Cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Bread: Spread the softened butter evenly on one side of each bread slice. Using the back of a spoon, press down the center of each slice to create a shallow well, leaving a border around the edges to hold the egg and cheese.
