Instructions
- Prepare the Patties: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
- Cook in Air Fryer: Shape the mixture into 4 patties. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray. Air fry patties for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest and Serve: Remove patties and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
