I haven't been able to find a good BBQ sauce recipe for the chicken on the barbie, but I do have one for the croutons. I think you'll like this. it's an exact copy of the Outback Steakhouse Croutons recipe.

when you order the seared ahi tuna they serve it with 2 dips. One is green ,the other pinkish. I think this is some kind of roasted red pepper sauce ??? Does anyone know how to make it.
